Netbook suggestions

I'm in the market for a netbook for my wife. With little one on the way, she thinks it would be an easier way to keep in touch, etc.... I'm not very knowledgeable about netbook components, so I'm hoping some of you all have some suggestions. Need a netbook with a built-in SD card reader, a decent processor, and decent wi-fi. I'm looking to spend somewhere in the area of $350 US. This isn't going to be used for anything heavy (the heaviest use would probably be watching movies which we have backed to a hard drive, so I don't need a DVD player), typical use would be web browsing. I also would like a 10" screen (at least).

Anyone with a little more netbook knowledge have any suggestions?
